Moser Enterprises is a multi-faceted residential and commercial developer in the northern Illinois counties of DuPage, Will and Kendall. Founded and still family-run the team at Moser required a larger building to house their corporate headquarters.

The pre-cast building allowed for brick masonry that echoed the surrounding historic structures and addressed Moser’s commitment to honoring the character of their hometown.
