The Square

One of the first mixed-use developments successfully completed in Chicago’s south suburbs, this project has quickly become a symbol of a new way of building in the southland.

Completed in 2003, the project sits on a square 3.18 acre block and brings 32 residential units and 15,600 sf of retail space to within walking distance of the Village of Frankfort’s charming historic district.
